YOUR ACCOUNT
When you make a purchase from the Site, you may create an account as part of the checkout process. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs within your account, including any activity by unauthorized users. It is important that you safeguard the confidentiality of your username and password. If you are using a shared device, we recommend that you log out of your account after using the Services. You further agree to accept responsibility for all purchases and activities that occur under your account. If you become aware of unauthorized access to your account, change your password and notify us immediately at amanda@dailybrewsd.com.


ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
Your placement of an order does not necessarily assure that we will accept your order. We reserve the right to refuse any order in our sole discretion. In addition, before accepting your order, we may require additional information if you have not provided all of the information required by us to complete your order. Once a properly completed order is received, authorization of your form of payment is received and we have accepted your order, we will promptly place your order in line for shipment.


PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
All prices for products (and the associated costs of shipping and tax) are shown in U.S. dollars. All items are subject to availability and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order, and to discontinue products without notice, even if you have already placed your order. All prices are subject to change without notice, and you agree that taxes may be adjusted from the amount shown on the payment screens. Several factors may cause this, such as variances between processor programs and changes in tax rates.

Availability of products cannot be guaranteed and the product, service, and other information we provide may be corrected or changed without notice. Graphics and diagrams of our products are for illustrative purposes only and may not accurately reflect actual product availability. Similarly, colors, styles, and other variants depicted are for illustration only and may be subject to change. We reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.


PURCHASES
Unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase, you must pay for products and Services when you place the order. Daily Brew currently accepts merchandise credit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit cards, and Venmo. By submitting your order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated credit card and authorize us to charge your order (including taxes, shipping and handling) to that card. If the card cannot be verified, is invalid or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or canceled automatically.

We reserve the right to cancel an order placed by you at any time and for any lawful reason prior to our delivery of the product(s) and receipt of payment in full. If we cancel the order, we will refund any fees that you prepaid for those products. We may send a receipt in acknowledgment of your order to the email address you provide and/or proof of purchase information through the Site or to your email address after your payment has been processed. You acknowledge that all purchases made by you through this site are for your internal or personal use only and are not for resale or export.

We require some personal, contact and billing information (“Personal Information”) to provide and bill for the Services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand what information we collect, what we do with this information, how we share this information, and our legal basis for collecting the personal information.


THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSORS
You agree to pay us, through our payment processors, all charges at the prices then in effect for any purchase and in accordance with the applicable payment terms presented to you at the time of purchase. You agree to make payment using the payment method you provide when you set up your account. We reserve the right to correct, or to instruct our payment processors to correct, any errors or mistakes, even if payment has already been requested or received.


SHIPPING POLICY
The product(s) you ordered will be shipped Ground Shipping. We make every attempt to ship your order of an in-stock product within two (2) business days. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or on major holidays. We will use the shipping address information you provide with your order so please make sure it is correct. Daily Brew is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses and you are responsible for any additional fees incurred to get your package to the correct address.

All shipping charges are your responsibility, unless otherwise specified in the product description. Shipping charges will be included on your invoice and can be viewed prior to finalizing your order. The shipping charge shown during the checkout process is subject to verification. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice.

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been scheduled to ship. If you do not receive this email, please contact us. Daily Brew is not responsible for packages once they leave our facility, as title passes from us to you upon shipment. We do not guarantee arrival times and are not responsible for any shipping delays or problems once the product has been shipped.

All of our shipping is via FedEx or USPS though we may ship using any other carrier at our discretion. We are also closed during all major US holidays (New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) and any order received just before or during will be shipped after.

We currently only ship inside the United States.


RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
We are committed to providing you the best quality product and Services and we appreciate your business. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please get in touch as soon as possible.

Please do not return any items before contacting us.

PLEASE INSPECT ALL ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER FOR ACCURACY ONCE YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVES.
If for some reason you received damaged, incomplete, or incorrect product or are not satisfied with the Services you received, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. In this case you can request a full refund within 14 days to your original form of payment or a merchandise credit for the full amount within 30 days of receiving the product. Additional charges such as shipping, discounts, or any other charge besides the cost of the item itself will not be refunded.

Returns for orders originally purchased with merchandise credit will be refunded as merchandise credit. Merchandise credit cannot be redeemed for cash. Merchandise credit does not expire. The value of merchandise credit will not be replaced if it is lost, stolen or destroyed. Any gift item shipped to you from the Site may be returned for merchandise credit.

Any billing discrepancies must be brought to our attention within 30 days.
