Pour Over Instructions

Single-Cup Pour Over Brew Method:

  • Step 1: Heat filter and brewer with hot water then pour it out.

  • Step 2: Scoop 20 grams of ground coffee into the filter. Gently shake brewer to disperse the grounds evenly. Set scale to zero.

  • Step 3: Begin slowly pouring water over the ground coffee in a spiraling pattern, ensuring all coffee grounds are fully saturated, stop at about 60g. Gently swirl to evenly distribute the water.

  • Step 4: Slowly pour water in a spiraling pattern until the scale reads 200g. Gently swirl the brewer.

  • Step 5: Slowly pour water in a spiraling pattern until the scale reads 340g. As the water level lowers, gently swirl the brewer to remove any coffee grounds that may stick to the sides of the filter.

  • Step 6: Pour coffee into a mug and enjoy!
