Single-Cup French Press Brew Method
Step 1: Heat up water to 195-205 degrees
Step 2: Pour a small amount of water into the brewer, swirl it around to heat it up, then pour the water out
Step 3: Scoop 290 grams, about 3-4 tbsp of ground coffee into the brewer
Step 4: Pour just enough water to saturate the grounds, swirl it and let it sit for 30 seconds (bloom)
Step 5: Add more water to the rim of the brewer
Step 6: Wait three and a half minutes (4 minutes total with the bloom), plunge and pour your coffee!
